Medium & High Pressure Tubing 

PANAM Medium and High-Pressure Tubing is designed for high-performance fluid and gas transfer applications in extreme operating conditions. With precision cold-drawn manufacturing, these tubes provide exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and leak-tight performance. Engineered for use in piping systems up to 20,000 psi (1379 bar), they ensure reliable and safe operation in industries such as oil & gas, hydrogen applications, aerospace, and chemical processing. Manufactured from high-quality 316 stainless steel, each tubing section is fully factory tested to meet stringent industry standards.

General Characteristics ​

• Material: Stainless steel grade SS 316/316L, 17-4 PH (other alloys available on request).
• Maximum Working Pressure:
  • Medium Pressure Tubing: Up to 20,000 psi (1378 bar).
  • High-Pressure Tubing: Up to 60,000 psi (4137 bar).
• Outer Diameter (OD) Sizes: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 9/16", 3/4", and 1".
• Wall Thickness: Available in multiple configurations to match pressure requirements.
• Connection Options: Compatible with cone and thread fittings, compression fittings, NPT, BSPT, and BSPP connections.
• Working Temperature Range: -51ºC to +537ºC (-60ºF to +1000ºF)
• Available with heat code traceability for full material verification.
